Help me size my cellarThe D088WC model is a fully ducted wine cellar cooling unit, designed for medium to large residential and commercial settings where precise climate control is essential. Water-cooled wine cooling units are ideal for geothermal, cooling tower and lake water applications. Those systems provide versatile installation options, accommodating inlet water temperatures ranging from as cold as 45°F (7°C) to as warm as 85°F (29°C). These units are equipped with high-static pressure fans, making them suitable for use with extended length ductwork. However, they do require a consistent year-round water supply to operate effectively.

Documents and Resources:
Rather than rejecting heat to outdoor air, the Wine Guardian D088WC uses a water-cooled condenser, making it a strong fit as a wine cellar refrigeration system for below-grade cellars, condos, or commercial spaces where exterior venting is impractical, for cellars up to 4,500 ft³. As a ducted, water-cooled wine cellar cooling unit, it delivers the same precise climate control as its air-cooled counterparts without needing an outdoor condensing location.
